Pur, in Tast a La Rambla

This year, Pur will make its debut in Tast a La Rambla, which will take place from the 6th to the 10th of June.

 

We will participate in the 6th Week of Gastronomy of Barcelona, alongside more than 40 tastings from the City’s restaurants and pastry shops. Our partaking will consist of Roast beef with crusty bread and cured meats.

 

On Thursday June 6th, we will be present at Arts Santa Mònica to present the lecture-workshop “Working to find the balance between product purity and the cocktail bar”. Nandu Jubany, Maties Coll (Pur manager) and Adrià Batlle (bartender in Impure) will explain the experience of turning the concept of product purity into a gastronomic product and into a cocktail bar.
