“Pur is an excellent destination to eat good product”

In the section Fuera de Serie of magazine Expansión, Marta Fernández emphasizes the outstanding quality of the raw materials used in Pur Barcelona’s kitchen, products subject to the minimum preparations or creative excesses, and the grill being a protagonist of part of Pur’s gastronomic experience.

 

According to Fernández, Pur is a “good destination” if you want to eat well. She highlights dishes such as: peas with sausages or Iberian ham; elvers with fried egg; grilled and seasoned lettuce hearts; griddled or grilled boiled red prawn, beef ribs and the so-called grilled “fish of the coast”.

This culinary journey ends at Impur, with a list of about 20 classic cocktails and 15 house creations.
