We have released “Another Lemon Tree”, a new cocktail in our menu, which plays with citrus.

It is a Vodka based cocktail scented with a hint of anise and combined with different varieties of lime: Tahitian lime, calamansi and lomi. The body of the cocktail is achieved thanks to the Tahitian lime. The calamansi, typical of Southeast Asia, is orange coloured and has a flavour similar to that of a tangerine; and lomi, typical of Arab countries, is a lemon, which has been sundried after being boiled with water and salt.

“Another Lemon Tree” is served in an opaque glass cup. We add grated black lime, dehydrated lime, and is garnished with a few mint leaves.
