From the PUR we want to celebrate the New Year’s Eve Festival with you, which is why we have prepared the following gastronomic proposal for you.

A menu that includes an IMPUR welcome cocktail, oyster with tuna belly and caviar, sea urchin au gratin with wasabi hollandaise sauce, white shrimp tartar with avocado, artichoke heart with egg yolk and tartufo bianco, flamed Japanese Wagyu Skewer, drowned peas with Iberian ham broth, fried egg with elvers in the pil-pil, grilled large shrimp, grilled wild turbot with lettuce hearts, Tavertet wagyu sirloin with truffled Perigourdine, foie and bone marrow.

To finish, the sweet ending, artisan nougat and wafers, coffees and lucky grapes 2024. Includes party bag.
