NEW YEAR MENU 2024

At PUR we want to celebrate the New Year with you, which is why we have prepared a menu that includes the following.

 

Anchovies from Cantabria on brioche and toasted hazelnut, toast with black truffle from Osona, artichoke salad with Payoyo cheese and Iberian ham, white shrimp marinated in Lourdes water, drowned peas with sea cucumber and Iberian ham, tuna belly flambéed with soy and fresh wasabi, sole with white wine and caviar, Pularda well raised with seasonal mushrooms, plums, hazelnuts and pine nuts.

We will close the dinner with a sweet ending and artisan nougats and wafers. Service and bread included.
