One of Europe’s leading reservation and critique platforms, ElTenedor has published the ranking of the 100 best Spanish restaurants and has placed Pur in 34th position.

The platform is the one most widely endorsed for reviews in Europe, accumulating 19 million ratings in Spain.

With almost 79,000 Spanish restaurants, according to the Hospitality Yearbook, ElTenedorhas considered the following criteria when preparing the ranking: volume of annual opinions, visits to the restaurant’s file, bookings received and references in other guides of local and national prestige.
