We want you to be able to enjoy Sant Esteve food at PUR every year. It is for this reason that we have prepared for you, once again, a gastronomic proposal to enjoy with your loved ones.

On the Sant Esteve menu we have prepared the following proposal: White shrimp tartar with avocado, Galets stuffed with truffled balls, anchovy stracciatella, hazelnut and tartufo, sea urchin au gratin with caviar and scampi, Blue Lobster Salad, drowned peas with sea cucumber and Maldonado pork belly. Duck cannelloni, plums, dried apricots and pine nuts with Osona truffle. Grilled red scorpionfish or Tavertet wagyu picanha (with soufflé chips and lettuce hearts). We will close the dinner with The Christmas Log and Artisan “torró” and “neules”. (Service and bread included).
