Shall we toast on New Year’s Eve?!

We would like to invite you to celebrate the New Year with us and enjoy Pur’s cuisine at the same time.

 

For New Year’s Eve we’re offering a selection of starters:

 

— Choice of Impur cocktail as a welcome drink
— “000” oyster prepared to your taste
— “ Reserva de Familia” anchovies on stracciatella with hazelnuts and truffle
— Grilled lettuce hearts with garlic and cayenne pepper elvers
— Langoustine tartar with avocado and caviar
— Grilled artichoke with sea urchin

 

Followed by:

— Free-range Perica egg with Osona truffle cream
— Blanes prawns with salt
— Grilled sea cucumber with pancetta and its own sauce
— Grilled wild “catch of the day” with seasoned winter greens
— Japanese Wagyu cooked on a Josper grill with fresh wasabi

We’ll finish off with “ a festival of our desserts “, which won’t be short of turrón and neulas (traditional Catalan sweets). And of course, the Twelve Grapes to start 2019 properly!
