A pinch of nerves and a dollop of desire! Today, the Pur team opened the doors to the public and enjoyed sharing this experience with all those who came for lunch and dinner.

In Pur, as you walk in off the street, you’ll see a kitchen in the centre, completely open for diners to enjoy show-cooking at all times. It is as if the kitchen were the stage and each of its tables, as well as the bar, were the small boxes of people to see the show.

With Matías Coll in charge of the kitchen and Joan Piedra in charge of the dining room, the first day went very well.Make your way downstairs and the space changes completely. Impur is subtly lit  by full moon luminaires, creating a soft ambience.
