In this edition of Madrid Fusión, we have participated in the competition for the best steak tartare
During our stay at Madrid Fusión, we had the opportunity to take part in the first steak tartare competition of this event, in which the best recipes from the region were selected. Among the participants were Lorenzo Franco Chaparro (Zalacaín), Ramon Blanch (Pur), Daniel Gómez (Leña), Nacho Gadea (Askuabarra), and Manu Villalba (Fismuler).
Ramon Blanch was in charge of presenting our amazing recipe from Pur, which you all know!! It has been a pleasure to participate. Congratulations to the winner!!!
