Jubany has gone all out, says Timeout.

After visiting the restaurant this week, Timeout Barcelona has featured PUR in their publication. In his article, Ricard Martín defines Pur’s cuisine as a spectacle to behold, as diners can enjoy their meal either sitting behind a splendid bar or in the centre of the restaurant.

 

He assures that, with the opening of Pur, “Jubany has gone all out”, highlighting the simple and direct selection of dishes, as well as the combination of recipes where “Nandu’s creative intelligence” is there for all to see.

Timeout says that the concept of these combinations brings the food closer to its purest taste”.
